Hi, i been using PipeDrive for almost two years now. I can say that it is too much of manual imput for each project, and i wish there be more easy way to imput data. For each deal i find it difficult to track or imput each note or each call. We use also Microsoft execl for tracking our deals and again use same info on pipedrive. For our projects pipedrive feels more draging then helping. It is my personal opinion.

I am here for a angry hint that your advertisement hase some high pitch noises AND THIS FKING HURTS. I have earphons.. Thats not fair. I dont come to you and put pointy sticks in YOUR EARS. Why is every media center and Tonstudio so freaking stupid and use high pitch sounds??? Whats wrong fff freaks
He describes Challenger early on as being not relationship based. I have used Challenger for years and disagree. Challenger requires trust and credibility, which comes from relationships. The difference is in developing relationships to be liked vs developing relationships to be trusted. If not trusted, the Challenger is ineffective. I am a fan of Challenger in part because it reframes the role of the sales rep. Reps are more effective when they focus on forward progress than on being liked. If you do your job well and lead your customers productively, they will value the relationship. One of the best compliments I ever received about a sales rep on my team was from a CIO who said, "She is tough, but man is she good. We know that we have to be prepared when we meet with her." He later added, I wish all the sales reps who called on us were that good." He was right, she was dynamite. And she was a master Challenger.

Pipedrive is so slow these days. Each click makes me staring for minutes at these loading spinners while the page is loading.

Pipedrive is so slow. Minutes of waiting for a loading spinners and request randomly failing. I would never use it again. Just checkt out the pipedrive community page where you find all these never-fixed bugs and problems.

Hey there! We partner with a company called www.import2.com which allows users to migrate from many different CRMs to Pipedrive. But - Daylite is currently not in their list. Sometimes they've done some custom import jobs so it might be worth reaching out to them and asking - but in the meantime, you're limited to the spreadsheet import.

Hello there! Apologies for the late reply here. The comment 2 months ago is asking about SMS text messages and voice calls - which indeed still require third-party integrations. However we do have email sync, and automated emails that can be sent directly from Pipedrive. So when it comes to email, we've got you covered with our native features. SMS text and voice calls however, you'll need third parties. Is there automated email/sms sequences in the different stages? For example once I move a lead to the 4th stage can I set up an automated email with let’s say X discount that gets triggered having the software email/sms the lead with a coupon?
Yes this is possible! Our Automation feature can automatically send an email template once a deal is moved to a specific stage in the Deals pipeline. You can also use merge-tags so that key personal data such as your "x discount" are included in the body of the template.

Can the email integration with with Zoho free email? It would be nice to easily add new emails as leads. Secondly, can leads come in through Facebook ads or any other Facebook messages? Instagram? Whatsapp? We're looking for an easy way to pull in leads from all our efforts as painlessly as possible. Can our leads act like newsletter subscribers for a campaign where we occasionally email them our current offer unless they unsub? This newsletter or campaign will run for years until they buy or unsubscribe. I realize your focus seems to be on a pipeline to a sale, but in our market, we might have 1000 contacts but 15 sales a year. It's slow and perpetual so it's less focused on the pipeline->to->sales and more focused on those drip campaigns with occasional sales. Essentially what we're looking for is one hub to capture leads from many sources, then email the group every once in a while, let them unsubscribe if they are no longer interested so we never contact again, and capture those sales sometimes. If somebody does buy, we want to remove them from the general mailing, perhaps a different special segment or something. Would Pipedrive work well with this kind of need?

Just came across this Company Story in a Sales Call video. The training content is useful, no doubts there! But, you guys should give Mystrika a shot. Their cold email tool is superior to whatever you are using right now. Lead gen has never been this easy, for real!
Thanks for the sales call tutorial, Pipedrive! My two-cents, do a video on Mystrika. It is like taking outbound lead gen to a whole new level. Plus, their pay-once and use-forever deal swept me off the floor.
The SPIN model works extremely well….as long as you practices it. When I bought the book decades ago, it took me months to go all the way through it because you have to really think out each step. I wrote down my answers then allowed myself to change and adjust it over the years. My history includes being #3 in the nation with Pitney Bowes ( before they died) and Presidents club 7 times in 14 years with a major medical manufacturer. SPIN simply works if you put the work into it. Further, introduction, Qualification, presentation/demonstration, Close works perfectly WITHIN the SPiN model. All of it takes real work though and if you take short cuts, it fails
